hey DA, i'm grace. i'm sixteen-year-old junior from outside philadelphia. in case you haven't noticed, i love nature photography. in my spare time, i like to grab my crappy nikon and take pictures in my backyard. i also read, write for the newspaper, listen to music, play the piano, sing in the church choir, perform in plays, etc.
my #1 priority is jesus christ.
#2 is family, #3 is friends.

Things I did today:
1. Woke up from a pleasant dream, then ate a blueberry bagel with cream cheese
2. Cleaned the bathrooms and the living room
3. Had leftover pizza
4. Started my homework
5. Went on Facebook & DA
6. Went to go get the booklet for the learner's permit test, but the place was closed for columbus day... *headdesk*
7. Went to the supermarket and Rite-Aid
8. Came home, took pictures, ate dinner
9. .... did nothing.
I'm too tired to write more at the moment... hopefully I'll have more insightful things to say in the future ;)

So today was really awesome.. literally, all I did in my classes was read, watch movies, and photoshop. It was great (except for the fire drill in 2nd block =/). The fact that my mom put chocolate oreos in my lunch was also pretty amazing.
When I got home, my grandmother was there, which was pretty cool. I used to see her all the time, but after she got a boyfriend, she disappeared for awhile.. haha =P After she left, I spent the afternoon taking pictures (hence the multitude of new uploads). Then I went to McDonald's with my mom and brother, which was quite interesting. My brother's four, so he spent the majority of the time in the playgrou

Well, let me start off by saying that I'm not new to DA. I've had previous accounts, but they contain too many not-so-fond memories. Time to move on! =D
On this note, I've decided to make a fresh start in my artistic endeavors. I would be lying if I said I think I have potential as an artist, but I do want to start pursuing things that I enjoy. (Art is one of them.) I find it especially important to be active in an art community where it's easy to give and receive feedback. I'm really hoping that I'll be able to do that! =)
